The house was in a great location, just a short walk from town, pubs, and restaurants. The beds were comfy and the shared living areas were nice and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were even provided with a loaf of bread, eggs, and milk. The host was thoughtful, leaving helpful recommendations and quick to respond to our questions.
The lack of dedicated parking, but luckily we were able to park right outside the property.

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the town, with cafes, pubs, and restaurants just a short walk away. the house itself was clean and nicely decorated, with spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom. Basic provisions such as milk and eggs were provided, and guests were pleasantly surprised to find bubble bath available for their use.
Finding a parking space on the small residential road could be hit or miss, and some guests had to park further away from the house.

Our stay at this cosy house set in a historic town was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and all its attractions. The house itself was beautifully furnished and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The three bedrooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large bathroom with its power shower and double size bath. The host, Darryl, was exceptional in his communication and even left us some basic provisions like bread, eggs, milk. The added bonus of having bubble bath available for our achey limbs after cycling was much appreciated. The wifi was also excellent once we found the router. we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place.
The only minor drawback was that there was only one bathroom, which required some planning when four of us were getting ready for a wedding. However, there was plenty of hot water, so it wasn't a major issue.

We had a great time staying at this lovely house in Clitheroe. The key code provided before our stay made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for attending a wedding at the Out Barn. The house felt like a home away from home with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The host had even left us some bread, eggs, and milk, which was a thoughtful touch. Despite being centrally located, the street was quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. we highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Clitheroe.
Although the house was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. the house has only one bathroom, which meant we had to plan shower times carefully with four people.
